Melanie Colusci has devoted over 20 years to helping individuals, families, and business owners create a sound financial future.

With a passion for providing a first-class, personalized experience through casual and comfortable interaction, Melanie takes a strategic holistic approach to helping clients throughout the Pittsburgh area and beyond to organize their finances and identify possible gaps in their financial plans. She utilizes key strategies to help reduce or eliminate risk and helps create a solid foundation and roadmap to reach their financial goals.

Her mission is to build lasting client relationships and to empower and guide each client toward making informed decisions that align with their personal financial vision. Working collaboratively with CPAs and other key advisors, Melanie creates truly customized financial plans for her clients while helping them understand the strategies, concepts, and products that make the most sense for their unique situations and goals.

Melanie is a native of Montana, where she worked as a financial services professional for several years, and in 2003 she earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™* designation. She moved to Pittsburgh in 2008, and in 2016 she earned the Accredited Estate Planner™ designation and founded Bridger Financial Group.

Melanie is a multi-year Five Star Wealth Manager** award winner and has been featured in both The Wall Street Journal and Forbes Wealth Managers Black Book magazine.

Melanie and her husband are raising three sons (and four cats). The Colusci family continues to maintain their Montana-inspired love of nature in Pittsburgh, and spend time camping, swimming, and playing outdoors as often as possible.
